Voluntarily Suspend Your Membership If your current financial situation prevents you from making your monthly contribution, you may want to voluntarily suspend your membership for up to three months. During that time, your card will not be charged. By voluntarily suspending your membership--instead of cancelling it or having it terminated--you can reactivate it without having to restart at the initial contribution rate. Please be aware, though, that while your membership is suspended your family will not be eligible for any membership benefits (such as legal representation for situations that may arise while your membership is suspended). Also, if you do not update your payment information and reactivate your family's membership within 90 days, your account will be terminated. Before that would happen, we will provide you with several reminders to update your credit card. To voluntarily suspend your membership, please complete and submit the form below.
